I had Mark come to my apartment to do an end of lease carpet clean and I 100% will be using this company again!! Mark was very kind and informative, doing the job efficiently, and quickly. Myself and my housemate had had a problem with another company trying to ask for more money and Mark was very helpful in explaining how that was wrong. He validated our concerns as we thought perhaps the carpets were too dirty and we would have to pay more.
